I live in Riverside, California, about 30 miles from the SoCal Harvest. I got off of work today at 3:00 PM, went home, changed my clothes, dropped my younger kids off with their grandparents, and drove out to be a part of the crusade. I thought that was pretty good until I met Jacque (left). Jacque lives in Hawaii and has traveled 2,600 miles to be here tonight. She even got here early to sit in the front row with her sister Joyce (right) at this year’s crusade.
As astonished as I was to hear about how far she traveled, I was even more amazed to hear that Jacque is celebrating 10 years of being cancer free. In 2008 Jacque was diagnosed with multiforme cancer and was told she had three months to live. But that wasn’t God’s plan for Jacque’s life; that would just be part of her testimony. Talking with Jacque it was immediately evident that she gives God all the glory for her healing.
Praise God!
