Known by God

22-year-old Katrina felt led to invite her young friend Yadira to this year’s Harvest Crusade. It was a last-minute decision but she was prompted to ask her as they were leaving. She said yes. Katrina hadn’t given much thought to what Yadira would think of the event, if she would like the music or even listen to the message. But she did. Yadira heard the gospel of Jesus Christ loud and clear.

At 14, Yadira is young and you wouldn’t think she’s experienced much in life yet. But she has. As she prayed to ask Jesus to be Lord and Savior over her life, the tears didn’t stop falling.

This beautiful young woman who had never known the unconditional love of God, does now. Yadira was adopted by a heavenly Father tonight. Yadira knows how much God loves her–so much that He sent His one and only Son to die in her place.
