The Perfect Seat

Jesse chose this seat very strategically. It’s the perfect view for his family to see what he’s about to do.

Tonight, Jesse has decided to proclaim before his family, and everyone in the stadium, that he has committed his life to the Lord. Raised in a Christian home, he knew about God. But Jesse called himself a “runner” who had a hard time trusting people, and trusting God–until God became very real to him through what he calls, a “series of little miracles.”

Jesse and his friend Monique found themselves stranded in an Arizona airport for two days with no money or food. They experienced blessing after blessing by people and circumstances that resulted in them having the funds needed to get home, to eat, and to have a place to stay. What seemed like a bad situation God turned into a blessing, which Jesse says “opened my eyes, so I want to make a stand and go down on the field tonight.” He brought Nathan, his 7- year-old stepson, to witness his proclamation!
