In the busyness of the season, it can be easy to forget what this time is about. Christmas is God’s gift to the world. He left His Son in the care of humanity to not only live with us and love us, but to die for us. Christ became like us so we could become more like Him! And He gave Himself completely as ransom for our salvation. Christmas is the beginning of our story of redemption. So sing out loud, give joyously, and love infinitely this season in honor of His love and sacrifice.
May you spend this holiday knowing that God loves you, and that He is for you—so much so that He sent you His Son. That is a better gift than any you may unwrap today.
