Every Christian is a witness in some way, shape, or form. However We face three possible motivations about who to please—we can please ourselves, please other people, or please God, not all three. If you please, God, you will not please some people. We need to walk with God. Walking with God means you get in sync with Him. Walking with God means you keep your appointment. Walking with God means to pool your resources, too.
Did you know that “Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him. ”Enoch went from walking with God one day to walking with Him the next. If you walk with God on earth, you will also walk with Him in Heaven! Enoch was not taken because he walked with God; he was taken because he believed in God. In the spiritual race, speed does not matter as much as distance.
- We need to walk with God.
- We need to live lives that are well-pleasing to God.
- We should be a witness for God.
- One day, we will go to be with God.
