In this webcast, Pastor Greg Laurie shares a message from Hebrews 12 titled “Dealing with Discouragement” in our Sunday Morning series at Harvest Christian Fellowship.
Sermon Notes
This verse speaks to those who are disappointed and discouraged. “Don’t wander away from the path.” Why should you remember Jesus? Because He has never, even for a moment, forgotten about you. It can be easy to think you are alone and no one cares for you, however, Jesus loved you so much that he died for you before you were even born! Just think about that!
Application
Did you know that Jesus was abandoned by His own disciples, and he was also betrayed by His friend, Judas. Jesus was scourged, which was called, “the half-way crucifixion. “What kept Jesus going?
- It was “the joy set before Him.”
- It was you!
- We need to consider Jesus.
- We need to remember Jesus.
