An Acquired Taste

by Jeff Lasseigne on Dec 4, 2019

In this webcast, Pastor Jeff Lasseigne shares a message from Exodus 15 titled “An Acquired Taste” Wednesday Night” series at Harvest Christian Fellowship.

Sermon Notes

There is a lot of symbolic truth in the book of Exodus; the people of Israel were delivered, much as Christ delivered us. The King of Egypt was a representation of great evil and the power of the devil, much as we are now faced with a similar evil. The armies chased the people of God, much as we are chased by the devil once we give our lives to Christ.

In the Bible, there is more devoted to focusing on what we were given our freedom for, there what we were given freedom for. There is much to remember but the following points are very important in the life of a Christian.

  • God is our rock
  • God is our deliverer
  • God is our protector
  • God provides for us

  • Exodus 15
  • 2 Corinthians 5:18–19
