Nursery through 1st grade students are couponed; which simply means: when you check your child in the classroom you receive a coupon that you must bring back with you in order to get him or her back. There are a few procedures that you should keep in mind.
- Only an adult (16 years or older) may check in or pick up a child.
- No child will ever be released without the parent presenting their coupon.
- Should a coupon be lost, the parent must go to the Children's Ministry Office to obtain a "Lost Coupon Clearance Slip". You will be asked for a driver's license, address, and phone number.
2nd through 5th grade students must sign themselves in on the sign-in sheet provided at the door as they enter the room. These students must be picked up by an adult in the classroom—they will not be released without a parent or adult (16 years or older). |
