It is of our utmost concern to ensure that your children are safe and protected. Therefore, the following procedures have been put into practice:
Lockdown:
 Our building remains in lockdown during services. No one may enter the building without a badge or clearance through the office. Our playground is also in lock down during services.
Classrooms:
There must be at least two workers in a classroom before we will begin accepting children. Children are never allowed to leave the classroom without adult supervision. All children, nursery through fifth grade, must be picked up by an adult after service.
Restrooms:
We never take one child alone to the restroom; the stall doors remain open when assisting a small child; men do not assist young children or change diapers; and children may never go to the restroom without adult supervision.
Check-in:
Nursery through first grade students are “couponed,” which simply means that when you check your child in the classroom, you receive a coupon that you must bring back with you in order to pick up your child. (Without a coupon, you will be asked for a driver’s license, address, and phone number.) |
